Brinjal with Minced Pork and Salted Fish

Taste the goodness of this dish!!!

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 300 gm brinjal 2 tsp bean paste 2 tsp chopped garlic 2 tsp ginger strips 1 tsp chilli sambal Spring onion 3 chilli padi

METHOD: Cut brinjal into quarters

Coat with corn flour and deep fry

Stir fry chopped garlic , ginger strips n salted fish

Add bean paste, dry shrimps or minced pork, chilli padi

Add eggplant, light soy sauce and oyster sauce to your taste

Simmer for 5 mins.

Sprinkle with spring onion

The dish is ready to serve.
