Our Christmas Favorite Dish

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

3 kg Virginia ham 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp mustard 1 canned pineapple rings 20 cloves

METHOD: Preheat oven to 180 degree C Score ham with a sharp knife to make a diamond pattern Brush with mustard Sprinkle brown sugar onto ham Studio it with cloves Place the ham on a top of pineapple rings in tray. Pour pineapple juice over ham Bake for 30 mins until the sugar caramelize Garnish Honey bake ham with parsley n cherry tomatoes. Enjoy
