Make your own family mango sago dessert at $3
***RECIPE***
INGREDIENTS:
250 gm sugar 150 ml water 2 pcs Pandan leaves 100 gm sago 250 gm Mangoes METHOD: Boil sugar , water and Pandan leaves. Discard Pandan leaves. Boil sago in a pot of water till transparent. Rinse with tap water. Cool and drain. Blend mangoes with 100 ml of sugar syrup. Spoon sago into serving bowl . Add on Mango puree and some cut cubes Mango for decoration or top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to serve. Enjoy
