Braised Abalone with Spinach

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 tin of abalone 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger Sesame oil Pepper Soy sauce Half bowl water 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp cornflour 1 packet spinach METHOD: Sliced abalone thinly Wash and cook spinach in hot water. Place on a plate and spread sliced abalone over it. Heat oil and fry chopped garlic n ginger. Add in abalone water ,oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper,soy sauce , water and simmer over medium fire. Add in diluted cornflour and thickened gravy. Pour gravy over abalone . Garnish with red chilly and spring onion.
