My mum simply love this KUEY BAHULU that I made using Kenneth Goh recipe. Many thanks Sifu Kenneth for the easy to follow recipe. Looks Good and Taste Good!

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 3 large eggs 150 gm sugar 220 gm self raising flour 150 gm cornflour oil

METHOD: Beat eggs and vanilla extract until foamy and gradually

Add in sugar.

Beat till volume expands and pale in color.

Add in sieved flour.

Gradually add in the oil. Fill up muffin cup three quarters full and bake in oven at 175 degrees for 20 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
