ROSELLE FLOWER TEA

Our weekly roselle flower detox drink. I love it and I can drink it everyday.

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 20 fresh roselle flowers 2 litres of water Rock sugar to taste

METHOD:

Wash roselle and remove seeds Boil desired amount of water with the roselle and bring to a boil. Simmer over low fire.sieve for ten minutes. Add in rock sugar to taste.

Benefits - relieves cough, reduces chloresterol,hypertension and water retention. Serve hot or cold
