BLACK GLUTINOUS RICE DESSERT

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup black glutinous rice 8 cups water 60 gm gula melaka 1/4 tsp salt Pandan leaves METHOD: Wash the rice in several changes of water and drain well Place rice,water,gula melaka,Pandan leavesand salt. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally and add water if too thick. When porridge is ready..taste and add more sugar if necessary. Serve hot Pulot hitam with vanilla ice cream. Put pulut hitam in fridge to cool.Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy.
