Monday soup of the day -Our family all time favorite lotus root soup.

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: Lotus root Peanuts Pork ribs Dried cuttlefish Red dates Dried scallops METHOD: Cut lotus root into cubes or slice Soak peanuts with hot water. Wash and scald pork ribs Boil pork ribs,Lotus roots cubes,dried cuttlefish,peanuts,dried scallops and red dates. Boil for an hour and add salt to taste
