SESAME GINGER SAUCE

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 2 pcs thumb sized ginger- peeled 1 clove garlic Half tsp salt 1 tbsp chicken stock 1 tsp sesame oil 6 stalks spring onion METHOD: Blend ginger, garlic and spring onion till a smooth paste.

Add in salt,chicken stock and sesame oil to taste.
