VEGETARIAN SOFT SHELL CRAB(Fried enoki mushrooms)

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

One pack enoki mushrooms 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp chicken essence 1 egg Corn flour

METHOD: Wash enoki mushrooms and drain dry Season enoki mushrooms with salt,pepper, egg and chicken essence in a bowl Coat with corn flour and deep fry till crispy.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and Serve.
