All time favourites - Mixed Vegetables
***RECIPE***
INGREDIENTS: Cabbage Mushrooms Kam cham Wan yee Fried tau pok Red carrot Fried gluten balls Vermicelli Ginger Canned button mushroom Canned mushrooms Canned vegetarian abalone
METHOD: Fry soaked wan yee on heated wok oil free. Scoop up. Heat wok and Fry two thin pcs. ginger slices till fragrant .
Add in kam cham, cooked wan yee , cabbages , fried gluten balls , water, oyster sauce , vetsin (optional) cook till soft.
Add in canned mushrooms, canned vegetarian abalone, red carrot and vermicelli.
Simmer n add salt and pepper to taste. Thickened with corn starch. That's simple.
