Kuey koswee. Sedap........ Finger licking Good !!
***RECIPE***
INGREDIENTS: 250 gm gula melaka 150 gm sugar 150 gm rice flour 125 gm tapioca flour 50 gm corn flout 1 tbsp lye 550 gm thin coconut milk 500 ml thick coconut milk Coffee flavour coloring Coconut shreds
METHOD: Steam white coconut shred with a pinch of salt for ten minutes. Mix thick coconut milk with three types of flour. Add lye an coffee coloring. Boil thin coconut milk, gula melaka , sugar till sugar dissolves. Add the two mixture together and cook till mixture is a bit thick. Steam in a container for 30 to 45 minutes depending on thickness.

Serve with coconut shreds.
