A big bouquet to Mama Soh for her excellent prawn omelette. Our family all time favourite. Ho ho sek.....yums ***RECIPE***
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp riceflour 4 tbsp tapioca flour 10 tbsp water 1 tsp Soy sauce 1 tsp fish sauce Sesame oil Salt Pepper fresh prawns/oysters 4 nos Beaten eggs Parsley Chilli Garlic METHOD: Mix rice flour and tapioca flour with water, salt, light Soy sauce and pepper to a smooth paste. Heat oil in pan Pour in flour batter and fry till batter is half cooked. Add in beaten eggs and prawns/oysters. Drizzle with fish sauce. Fry till fragrant and dish up. Fry chopped garlic and chilly in pan till fragrant. Add in fried prawn omelette, soy sauce, sesame oil to taste. Lastly add a generous handful of parsley and serve. Enjoy
